What is Aftergame+?

Aftergame+ is a service where we will be adding extra features to help you take your hobby to the next level. The offerings will be expanding as we continue to build and grow.

• Recurring events: Copy and paste no longer! You can create events which repeat daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
• Higher attendee limit: Host events with up to 200 attendees.
• Ticketing: Manage and sell tickets directly through Aftergame.
• Event check-ins: Event hosts can check-in attendees, marking them present or absent. This can be done both by scanning QR codes or manually in the list of attendees.
• Waitlists: Enable waitlists at games and events for players to join once a game fills up. If a seat comes free, the first player on the waitlist gets added.
• Submissions: Choose to allow attendees to submit games and events to the official schedule.
• Embedding: Embed event lists, schedules, and game libraries directly into your website.
• Game libraries: You can add one or more Game libraries to your events and groups for players to browse.
• Game library lending: You can manage your game library lending through the app. We handle QR code checkouts as well as manual entry.
• Venue management: Add rooms and tables to your event, each with their own permissions about who can plan games or events there.
• Assign volunteers: Set the role of attendees to “Volunteer”, giving them permission to manage event check-in and game library lending.
• Filter your leaderboards by player count, expansions played, ruleset used, and location(s).
• Filter your collections by whether or not you have played the games in a certain time period.
• Filter your play history by who you played with and by result (won, lost, draw).
• Group stat filters: You can filter the group games stats by location(s) and by game list(s).
• Enjoy a badge which shows that you are supporting our development.
