If you’re planning official games like learn-to-plays or demos, you may want to assign a teacher so anyone joining the game can see who they’ll be learning from.
To do this, first invite the teacher to the game. Once you’ve done that, you can tap Assign teacher and choose them from the list. If you haven’t invited anyone else to the game yet, they should be the only option. They’ll now be listed as teaching the game.
When a teacher is assigned, their spot at the table is vacated. If the teacher will also be playing the game, set the number of players to one fewer than a full table.
For example, if I was assigning a teacher to Forbidden Stars who also wanted to play the game, I would set the maximum player count to 3 instead of 4.

There is a button for assigning a game master, in the case of an RPG, which works the same way.
