Invite players to your game or event

Once you’ve created a game, you can leave all the seats open or invite other players to join you by tapping Invite and selecting the friends you’d like to invite.

This could be players with or without accounts. If the player you want to invite doesn’t have an account add a player you previously created by searching for them the same way you’d search for an account holder or tap Invite > Create guest player >Type the name > Create player to add them to the list.

When you invite a player, their spot is reserved for them until they reply to the invitation. If they accept, you’ll see the symbol beside their name change to Going. If they decline, their spot will become vacant and can be claimed by someone else.

Players have the option to bring a guest, as well, which will be represented by a +1 under their name.

Sharing your planned game

If you’d like to invite people who aren’t on Aftergame yet, you can share the game to certain people or to social media using the share button at the top (pictured in the red circle). That will open all your sharing options; choose one to share the game link with a certain person or group or tap Copy URL to share the link however you like.
