Easily navigate your collection with filters

You collection can be filtered in lots of ways so you can quickly find the perfect game for your situation. Once you’ve selected a list (or are viewing All lists) tap the Filters button (shown top right) to help you narrow your search.

Once you open the Filters menu, you can toggle and adjust search settings:

  1. Sort: Changing the way the games are sorted will change what you see at the top of your list. Collections can be sorted alphabetically, by games that are most played or recently played, or by how new the game is to your collection.
  2. Number of players: You can put in the number of players you have and only games that support that player count will show up. The two dots can’t be on top of each other (we’re working on it) so if you want to, for example, find a 5-player game without wading through all your 4-player games, set the bar to 5-6. Games that only go up to 5 will still appear on your list.
  3. Play time: This is the time as suggested by the box. As we know, this is only the real time if everyone is already an experienced player and nobody talks during the game, so only use it as a guideline.
  4. Suitable age: This will show you games for the youngest age you’ve selected.

  1. Played (subscription only): You can filter by whether or not you’ve played the game in the last chosen amount of time.
  2. Include: You can toggle expansions, reimplementations, and compilations on or off.
  3. Game domain: We have four domains on Aftergame: board games, role-playing games, trading card games, and war games. If you want to see results from only one domain, choose it here.
  4. Complexity: Choose the weight of the game you’re looking for.

Once you’ve adjusted everything you want to, tap Apply filters at the bottom.
