Adding a game library to your event or group is now found in the Manage menu.

Having a game list attached to your group or event will give your members/attendees a game library to browse for easy planning. You can attach multiple lists and change/update them as needed, including changing which games are included in a list or which lists are attached to your group or event.
You will need to have at least one game list attached in order to take advantage of the game checkout system.
Attach a game list by going to your event or group > Manage > Game library > Set up your game library > Add game lists, then choose the list(s) you’d like to attach and Update lists. The options will include all of your personal lists and any lists attached to the group that’s hosting the event (if any) whether or not you created them.
If you already have lists attached, you can also change which lists are attached this way.

Both admins and volunteers have access to the check out system.
</aside>
To take advantage of the lending library, tap Manage > Game library > Game lending to access the check out system.
From this screen, you can manage the collection and see the status of all the games that have been or are currently on loan.
Game: Lets you search for a particular game in the collection to see its status and history.
Player: Lets you search for a particular player to see what they current have or have borrowed in the past.
Any status: Lets you search for games that have a particular status.

Tap Check out at the bottom to start lending games.

Check out will bring up a scanner that will let you scan a player’s QR code, a game’s QR code, or enter one or both of those fields manually.

Once you have at least one game and at least one attendee selected, you can loan the game(s).
To check a game back in, select it from the list and changed the status to Returned.
This is also how you can mark a game as Lost or Overdue. Notes are visible to admins and volunteers in the list view in the lending page.

You attendees will only see that the game is unavailable.

This can only be done from a computer. Visiting this page from your smaller devices will give you link to the page with all your QR codes.
Clicking Print game QR codes from a computer will take you to the page with all the QR codes. If you have a lot of games, it may take a moment to generate them. Tap the printer icon in the top right corner to print your QR codes.

The QR codes are the same everywhere for that game copy. Once you’ve printed them, they can be used for many different things, including play to win, lending, logging a play, and more depending on whether or not there’s an event happening.
